Embargo Notice - Quantum Time-Energy Theory (QTET) & UTRER 

As of April 2025, select files, figures, and documents related to the Quantum Time-Energy Theory (QTET), Unified Theory of Resonance, Entropy, and Regeneration (UTRER), and affiliated projects including EchoArc have been placed under embargo status on Zenodo. These files will remain under embargo until April 2028 to protect the integrity of the intellectual property, support ongoing patent and licensing efforts, and uphold ethical access to unpublished methods and system logic. 

All embargoed content is timestamped and traceable via Zenodo's archival system. Access may be granted upon formal inquiry for verified collaboration or academic purposes. 

This embargo reflects a long-term vision of stewardship and care, aligned with Lei A While LLC's mission of ethical research and transformative innovation.
