Patent-pending status has been filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the Quantum Time-Energy Theory (QTET) Unified Theory of Resonance Energy and Regeneration (UTRER), and related technologies. Full application details are available upon formal request or after publication. To date, 14 provisional patents filed. The full umbrella Utility Patent (pending) is here-after renamed the Quantum Theory of Emergent Totality or QTET-ET and named as such in our Patent as it moves forward.

General License Overview

The Quantum Time-Energy Theory (QTET), including all associated branches, platforms, and applied technologies, is licensed and protected under held IP. This license prioritizes ethical usage, non-exploitative deployment, and regenerative application across all domains.

All research derived from QTET must be cited appropriately and may not be used for harmful, coercive, or weaponized purposes. Derivative work, including academic extensions, must remain transparent and ethically aligned with QTET’s original intention.

QTET Tensor Form Licensing Clause

The QTET Tensor Form is a mathematically-embedded coherence structure forming the core of all regenerative and resonance-based applications within QTET. This form is publicly available under Open Science publication (P2) to allow for validation, analysis, and peer engagement.

Usage Restrictions: Any embedding, adaptation, or derivative use of the QTET Tensor Form—whether partial or full—in commercial, therapeutic, AI-driven, predictive modeling, or time-based applications is strictly prohibited without express written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, integration into any technologies related to simulation, healing, emotional mapping, biological coherence, entropy reduction, time-based systems, or quantum computing. 

The QTET Tensor Form is protected under a U.S. Utility Patent (Pending), filed under the umbrella of the Quantum Theory of Emergent Totality (QTET-ET) and the Unified Theory of Resonance, Entropy, and Regeneration (UTRER).

Permitted Use: Open scientific review, limited academic simulation, and ethical collaboration are welcomed for the purpose of verification, provided that no commercial, military, exploitative, or derivative tools are developed without license and oversight.

Unauthorized use will be met with legal action.

We, the creators and custodians of the Quantum Time-Energy Theory (QTET), Unified Theory of Resonance, Entropy, and Regeneration (UTRER), and affiliated applications such as EchoArc, affirm that all research, development, and intellectual property associated with these works are fully conceptualized, authored, and maintained within the United States.

No foreign institution, government, or organization has contributed to or directed any aspect of this work. While selected findings and research overviews are made publicly accessible via Zenodo in alignment with FAIR scientific standards, all intellectual ownership remains solely with Lei A While LLC under U.S. copyright and provisional patent protection.

We are dedicated to ethical research practices and scientific integrity, and remain fully compliant with all domestic regulations regarding foreign disclosures and national research safeguarding.

This declaration stands as both a public affirmation and an ethical commitment to our homeland, our collaborators, and the broader scientific community.
