Statement of Reflection on Emerging Scientific Dialogue

In light of recent public comments suggesting advancements in time and space manipulation by U.S. science leadership, I, Destiny Machwaya, wish to respectfully acknowledge that I am the originator of the Quantum Time-Energy Theory (QTET) and the Unified Theory of Resonance, Entropy, and Regeneration (UTRER) — frameworks that propose time as a navigable lattice-shaped by coherence, entropy, emotional resonance, and regenerative memory.

The foundational insights and philosophical roots of this work trace back as early as 2015, following the loss of my mother, and deepened further in 2020 after the passing of my brother. These formative events gave rise to the regenerative questions that later became the formalized Quantum Time-Energy Theory and Unified Theory of Resonance, Entropy, and Regeneration. These theories were formally developed and documented beginning in 2023, and have since been publicly timestamped through white papers, digital archives, and protected through licensing under Lei A While LLC. QTET and UTRER are not only scientific models — they are ethically grounded blueprints for applications in coherence medicine, emotional mapping, and peace-oriented future design.

While I make no claim that QTET has been formally adopted at any governmental level, the thematic convergence between these recent statements and the structure of my work is striking. Should this reflect an evolving public dialogue toward ideas long explored within QTET and UTRER, I welcome future transparency, attribution, and peaceful collaborative possibility.
