QTET: Ethical Use and Scientific Oversight Statement

Quantum Time-Energy Theory (QTET) is an independently developed, scientifically structured framework for exploring entropy modulation, time-based systems coherence, and regenerative temporal modeling. Developed through a structured human–AI collaboration under Lei A While LLC, QTET is subject to strict ethical boundaries, transparency requirements, and licensing controls.

• Cryomedicine & Stasis Modeling: Preservation of biological coherence and memory-field integrity during suspended metabolic states

🔒 Prohibited Uses and Ethical Safeguards

• No covert application of timeline modeling or simulation outputs for behavioral prediction or conditioning
  
  

• No data harvesting or reverse-engineering of user input through QTET systems without disclosure, consent, and compliance review
  
  

🛡️ Ethical Licensing Addendum Summary

All collaborators, licensees, or research institutions working with QTET must comply with the following:

1. Purpose-Restricted Licensing

QTET frameworks, including EchoArc, CRP, and TRFE, are licensed under fixed-purpose agreements. All derivative models must adhere to the original research intent unless explicitly re-reviewed and approved.

2. Scientific Oversight & Transparency

All applied research must include publicly accessible white papers or reviews, unless protected under embargo. Civilian and interdisciplinary ethical oversight is strongly encouraged.

3. Prohibition on Weaponization or Exploitative Deployment

QTET may not be integrated into technologies for:

• Combat AI
  
  

• Predictive warfare strategy
  
  

• Autonomous decision override
  
  

• Manipulative propaganda algorithms
  
  

• Cognitive or behavioral targeting
  
  

4. Consent-Driven Simulation Use

No individual may be subjected to QTET-based simulation, coherence analysis, or time-based interface training without full, informed, and voluntary consent. This includes emotional, memory, or timeline-interaction modules.

5. Derivative Use Auditability

All downstream applications—software, training models, simulations, or integrations—must be available for ethical review upon request. Breach of compliance will result in license termination.

6. Enforcement & Accountability

Violations of this ethical protocol may result in:
